Bagend farm – Rustic Retreat in Spain

General Description
This is a 12,000sq meter old lemon farm in the Sierra Espuna mountains.ย We’re in the foot hills of the Sierra Espuna mountains in a secluded valley. It is beautiful here! No light or air pollution and extremely peaceful. We have our own water supply, installed solar power and bio waste system. Other info:
- we’re totally self sufficient in power.
- we run yoga retreats and many types of alternative self sufficiency works shops (see you tube video) and we
- need help with our next yoga retreat and general work round the farm (which by the way is called Bagend).
Nearby
We have a small car and the town of Totana is 15 minutes away. Totana has all local amenities including railway station.ย Nearer is Aledo, a small hill top village, with Moorish tower.
Tasks would involve:
- Help in cooking,
- pool cleaning,
- general duties around the farm,
- going to market
- maintenance of solar system etc.
We would love to hear from you if you are enthusiastic, physically fit, adaptable, easygoing, prepared to workhard and then relax and enjoy life.
This is an opportunity for up to 4 people.
Experience is not essential but you do need to be physically fit, able to lift.
We offer accommodation (tent), food, good companyย in return for 5 hours help a day running the retreat.
