Coordinator with fundraising experience needed in Thessaloniki, Greece

The Mobile Info Team is a group of independent volunteers providing information to asylum seekers, migrants and refugees in Northern Greece.

We are looking for a new caseworker who is currently studying or has graduated from a degree in Law, International Relations or Political Science to start in March 2019.

Prior asylum counseling experience/knowledge is desirable.

Due to the complexity of our work, we only take caseworkers who can commit to a minimum of 3 months, after which they will achieve a sound knowledge of the asylum situation in Greece.

We offer in-depth one-to-one training at the start of the volunteer placement.

Lawyers with experience in asylum law who can commit to a shorter amount of time are also welcome to apply.

We provide accommodation and basic food.

We are based in Thessaloniki.

MIT is a group of independent volunteers providing information to refugees and helping families and individual asylum seekers with their asylum procedures.

We are looking for a long-term (minimum 3 months) Coordinator with experience in management of a team and experience/knowledge of fundraising, human resources, administration, accountancy.


The Coordinator would be provided with housing, food and if she/he can stay more than 3 months also with a modest stipend with bonuses connected to fundraising results.

  • Excellent English writing and IT skills
