European Solidarity Corps in Romania: join the Youth Centres UP

Hey, you! What are you doing this summer⁉️

We are looking for super volunteers with the will to contribute to a beautiful community’s development by taking part to Youth Centres UP, a challenging ESC (European Solidarity Corps) project whose main objective is to create new safe spaces for youth and for its free expression and development in Timisoara, the European Capital of Culture in 2021.

Help to convert old buildings into Youth Centres

For 40 days, between July and August 2019*, 100 young people from Europe will work together with 140 Romanian volunteers to arrange 5 small industrial buildings in the neighbourhoods of Timisoara, turning them into urban youth centres and to pilot their first activities together with the community.
If you are from Romania or from another European country and you think you are one of the volunteers we are looking for, be one of the five people from your country that gets involved, apply until 31th of May and live this summer one of your best life experiences! 

Food and accommodation

We know you are already wondering about this, so you don’t have to worry about anything because all the expenses (accommodation, food and transport) are covered
