  • buying and managing food for our children,
  • fundraising,
  • helping at planning,
  • donating,ย
  • organizing pieces of land to have more school garden and medication for our children.

Up to 10 volunteers

When would you need volunteers?

Feb, March, April, June, July, August, September, October and November

How many hours of help per day?

At least 4-5 hours of help per day. You can work more if you feel like but we won’t ask you to.ย

How many days of help per week?

4 days of help per week – 3 days off

Fees transparency
We temporarily decided to host volunteers for free but you can make a daily donation if it is in your possibility!

We won’t ask you money but as you will see, we live in economic precarity and sometimes it is difficult for us to provide basic care for our orphans and students. Most orphans sleep together in old and rustic rooms as you can see in these pictures. These kids are very happy: always smiling, even if they cannot afford “a normal” life with normal houses, normal books and classrooms and in spite of the fact that some of them don’t have families.

We are working for them to achieve a better future with all the comforts and warmth that they deserve.

    1. Uganda is a multilingual country. Forty of its living indigenous languages fall into three main familiesโ€”Bantu, Nilotic and Central Sudanicโ€”with another two languages in the Kuliak family.

English, inherited from the colonial period, and Swahili are official languages spoken locally.
