Teach English in Hanoi, Vietnam – Hi guys, my new social enterprise for English education needs volunteers. We will teach people in my beautiful country how to speak english properly and doing charity and developing poor areas around the capital Hanoi city. I definitely do it with a cosy environment and friendly environment with locals and international volunteers. I usually organise a trip for people in my organisation to travel around. So come to help me as a volunteer, and we will be really good friends and discover vietnam together. What are the criteria?
To become our volunteer, it is very simple, we do not require a teaching certificate or any teaching experience, or not even require being a English native speaker. What we need from volunteers is high enthusiasm, high responsibility and advanced English skills with an accent that is clear enough for everyone to understand. We ask this because we hope to give our students the best quality experience and education that they can get.
The requirements to join IVE
- Volunteers must be over 18 years old
- Volunteers should be fluent in English and clear accent
- A copy of your passport with 12+ months validity
- A copy of your flight details
- We recommend travel/life personal insurance too
- Prepared to teach students for 4-5 hours per day
- Committed to at least 8 weeks
- Sociable, Energetic, Positive & Fun!
What you have to do?
You WILL NOT have to work more than 20 hours/5 days per week (no work on Saturday and Sunday) with English classes, soft-skill classes and other projects. In addition, we regularly organize charitable activities around the living area and carry out a number of tourism development projects in poor areas around Hanoi. So you will have a lot of time to explore, travel and experience life in Vietnam
