Hey Everyone!ย We are looking for some legends to join our team here in Split, Croatia! You will be our animators for the season! BASICALLY having an amazing time, drinking & enjoying with some like-minded people! Sounds like hard work hey?! haha.
Helping hours
Hours are 6 hours a day 5 days a week ๐

Hey Everyone, we are looking for volunteers (some awesome benefits which will be discussed once applied) to join our Hostel family in Split, Croatia! The jobs we have to offer are a staff animator/hostel receptionist & there’s an extra position for a housekeeper.
The role includes a mixture of being an animator & hostel receptionist. This includes shifts hanging with guests in the day time, dinners, partying with them at our backpackers’ bar Charlieโs & throwing weekly theme nights, whether it’s a Full Moon party or Mexican fiesta! As well as checking guests in and out, giving them an overview of the Hostel, the surrounding areas & the events we have planned for that week and dealing with any questions or issues they might have.
Volunteer profile & roles
We are looking for outgoing, entertaining & hard-working people who will get around and socialise with all guests and be full of energy so that we can make Summer 2021 one to remember! The overall experience a guest has with us at the hostel is very much down to our staff so we need to make sure they bring the best vibes!
The role of a housekeeper is pretty simple, keep the hostel nice and decent. It’s a 4 h day job so you get most of the day to yourself.
For any of you that havenโt stayed at either of our hostels, we are located directly in the middle of the old town, meters away from all the must-visit sites and a short walk to the stunning beaches.
Location
Our hostel is located in the very centre of the old town and is the oldest hostel in town. Living here gives you the chance to wake up and gaze upon the stunning Croatians islands each morning and spend the day lazing on the beach.
Looking for volunteers from April – October. Staying the whole season with us is a bonus, but if that’s not working out for you please let us know when you’re available and we’ll go from there. The job comes with benefits which will be stated in the full job description via email.
