Join the Alchemy School of Healing Arts
We are an eco-retreat village in Italy & community centre in the making. The Center is the cornerstone of an initiative to regenerate a nearby village โ which is partly uninhabited โ into a thriving Intentional Community.
This centre will become an academy and safe haven dedicated to ethically, environmentally, and socially responsible living, commerce, and business.
Having said this, we have only taken over the property (approx. 10 hectares) in Tuscany/Italy in June 2020 – so we are at very early stages of building this Community & Retreat Center.
We have all the rooms ready now to welcome Volunteers/Work-exchange with the offer to provide for Room (shared) & Board (vegan) in exchange for 5 hours of work per day and 1,5 days off per week.
The skills and support we are looking for are in the following areas of work:
- Vegan Chef
- ย Permaculture
- ย Horticulture
- ย Irrigation
- ย Craftsperson/Handymen such as a plumber, electrician, carpenter, dry stone walling, etc.

Good morning,Buongiorno
My name is Dominika, I am 25 years old. I am a psychologist, I have completed a psychodietetic course. I am also an amateur yogi and passionate about a healthy lifestyle.
I am passionate about Chinese medicine, Ayurveda and psychosomatics. I look at human nature holistically. I strongly believe that how we live affects how we feel. Recently, I also became interested in the subject of astrology and the law of attraction.
Yoga has been with me for two years. I train with various teachers via YouTube, sometimes I try to do the asanas my body needs. My level is still beginner. He also tries his strength in meditation.
My dream is to take part in a yoga course or school, preferably at the source, ie India, Indonesia .. but Europe would also be great. I love Italy. I am currently learning Italian, my level is beginner, but the lack of adequate funds is blocking me from achieving my goal. Participation in volunteering would be not only a dream come true, an opportunity to travel into the world and into yourself, but also an act of doing something good for others.I realize that volunteering is not just a vacation but hard work. I could help as much as I can. I am open to needs and suggestions.
