A volunteer opportunity in Seremban
Volunteer at kindergarten – I am the teacher helper in Tadika Seri Suria, in Seremban, Malaysia. Our kindergarten will be celebrating 35th of great years this year. We speak and teach 3 languages — English, Chinese and Malay. Though our students’ age 4 to 6 are just about 10 overall, we are still determined to run the kindergarten. Nevertheless, the building needs to be refurbished in order to keep the place clean, safe and children friendly.

Note about the volunteer work and other expectations
We are looking for volunteers who can help in painting or wall arts, or helping in cleaning the building inside out, or planting and weeding around the compound, or refurbish work on the roof part.

What to do in the free time
Seremban is in between Kuala Lumpur and Melaka which are 2 of the main tourist attraction cities. KL with the skyscraper buildings and Melaka is full of historic places and food. It is easy to take a bus to places, which took around 1.5 – 2 hrs.
For local attractions, Seremban is small enough for you to explore on foot or with a free city bus. Also, Seremban is famous with food hunt, if you are a good eater.
