We are Poornodaya Vidyanikethan, a school specialised in alternative education with a holistic approach to learning.

We are located near the city of Kottayam in the state of Kerala, south India.

We are looking for volunteers for our school to help us with different tasks such as:

  • -teaching and education
  • -marketing and communication
  • -creative arts

We provide:
  • Food and accommodation, free of charge.

  • Free language classes (Hindi and Malayam),

  • Workshops,

  • Field trips around Kerala,

  • Support before, during and after the experience,

  • Pick up to/from the airport.

  • We can help you with visa arrangements

We expect:
  • Volunteers to help 4/5 hours a day, with 2 days off per week

  • Minimum availability is 3 months

We are looking for volunteers of any ages and with any backgrounds

We believe in volunteering as an experience that allows individual personal and professional growth, promote active citizenship, sustain local communities, nurture interpersonal skills and develop an international relationship between different cultures.
